Networking with the Gillingham Chamber

Networking with the Gillingham Chamber

The sun was certainly shining when local business professionals converged on the Orchard Park Garden Centre recently as guests of the Gillingham Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

The event – the first in a long line of networking events planned by the Chamber's new committee - saw guests enjoy a Pimms reception and a BBQ whilst learning about each other's businesses and meeting committee members including new Vice-Chairman and Business Development Manager at Alan & Thomas Insurance, Simon Reeves, who organised the event.

"The evening was a great success and one we'll be sure to repeat. I'd like to thank the local business representatives for attending and for their candid feedback about both the event and what they'd like from the Chamber in terms of promoting local business in the future." said Simon.

The Chamber has added two more business events to their networking calendar for the coming months for members to get to know each other as detailed below.
