Custom fit insurance for local furniture group

Alan Thomas - Custom World New Client Win - Custom fit insurance for local furniture group

Alan & Thomas Insurance Group has recently added bespoke bedroom furniture maker Custom World to their impressive rostrum of large local clients.

The commercial insurance broker, who has offices in Poole and Gillingham, is thrilled to now be doing business with Custom World, who are based on the Ferndown Industrial Estate. Commercial Director at A&T, Rob Gale, who won the account, said "It's great news for our business to welcome another quality employer in Custom World to A&T. We pride ourselves on offering all our clients a complete service from initial review and quotation right through the life of their policy and beyond. We are able to tailor cover to a client's specific requirements and this was particularly important to Custom World."

And according to Custom World Managing Director, Russell Bowyer, it was also the broker's attention to detail and comprehensive, quality advice that saw them win his business, "Right from the outset, Alan & Thomas took a detailed look at our current insurance arrangements and offered a full critique highlighting any under and over insurances. It was this quality of advice that set them apart from their competition and gave me the confidence to trust them with my insurances".

Both Alan & Thomas and Custom World are well established Dorset businesses with very similar outlooks to running their operations. Established in 1975 and 1982 respectively, both are renowned for providing a quality and tailored service for their clients. They are also both members of the Beacon Network – a select network of high growth businesses based in Dorset, Wiltshire and neighbouring areas, who benefit from facilitated learning and networking forums to assist in their development and future growth.
